Will an AI call put my recruits off?
Recruits agree to the call on the apply form, and Maya says she is an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. The call is 5 minutes, on their schedule, and everyone gets a clear answer by email.
What if the AI turns away a good candidate?
It never makes a final call. You see every score with the reason and a quote from the call, plus the full transcript and recording. Concerns are flagged for you, never an automatic fail.
How much does it cost?
